About Us The Talent
E-Pro is comprised of highly experienced multifunctional
process and automation engineers. The core group has worked together for over 18
years in the Melbourne Florida area. We started when robots and automation was
just becoming viable. We have come through the initial years of equipment and
process development and created an internationally recognized talent pool. This
group has many successful production lines and product developments under their
belt. We have been the leader in developing challenging processes with many
micro-electronic, contract manufacturing and photonics companies (see our

The Motivation
Engineering Process Incorporated as described in the name is a
combining of engineering and processes. The engineering is the discipline of
applying practical application of scientific knowledge to solve problems. The
process is the application of those solutions. In the past we were called
equipment suppliers, but what we really did was team up with our customers and
create new processes. We utilized our engineering skills to solve the difficult
process problems, we didn't just sell equipment, we sold the correct solutions.
With Engineering Process, we are what the name states.
The
Plan
E-Pro will focus on support of legacy automation equipment in the
microelectronic, automotive, photonics and bio-tech industries. We will
continue to use our successful and established relationships with our customers
to promote additional engagements. We are finding opportunities to develop new
processes and products for our customers. Our products and services range from
performing individual process development tasks or improvements to implementing complete production
lines. We are partnering with our customers by giving them access to our
large knowledgebase of suppliers and automation solutions. We utilize
best-in-class automation equipment for the more standard process steps or
develop custom solutions for the unique and critical key processes. Our goals:
