Overview
The E-Pro Ultra-High Precision Assembly
Station is a Highly Flexible assembly platform capable of submicron accuracy.
This platform is well suited for Optoelectronics , Microelectronics and
Semiconductor Package Assembly & Test applications
The Base System HW includes Ultra-High
Precision X, Y, Z & Theta stages. The high accuracy and reliability of the
assembly station is achieved by using proven Commercial Off the Shelf
(COTS) Ultra-High Precision stages.
The Base System SW provides graphical
user interface built in latest version of LabVIEW. The GUI provides a data
driven environment where the user can easily generate assembly and test recipes
to suit their needs. The structure of the SW allows for easy integration
of customer generated SW tools.
